Hot Shots Juniors has been established to offer Rochester Girl Volleyball players aged 13-18+ a local alternative to more extensive travel clubs in our area. We strive to construct a positive learning environment for athletes, while also providing a high level of on-court volleyball training.

Our Mission is to provide the best competitive training for junior volleyball players in Rochester and across the Western New York Region
