I played as a setter in High School MANY moons ago and then on the side in different clubs for about 5 years as an adult.

Volleyball Coaching Experience

I have coached at the modified, JV, and Varsity levels for over 20 years.  I am currently the head coach for East Rochester.

Random Facts

I have been a teacher for almost 30 years.  I am a certified Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga Instructor, and I use these techniques to support a more positive attitude in my own life and those of the athletes I coach.
