This one hour long functional training consisting of strong and explosive movements pertaining to the mechanics of volleyball. In addition, fast feet and speed work training work together to help improve skills, performance and stability.
Our well rounded program isn't just for front row players, and is designed to improve agility, strength, and endurance.
The Registration "Agility and Jump Training - Summer 2025" is not currently available.
